The doctor was great. Very nice, thorough and helpful. However I waited a very long time before I saw him. My appointment was at 10:30 and I arrived on time. I did have paperwork to fill out which took me about 15 minutes but I waited over an hour and a half to be taken back. Hopefully this was a one time thing and they were just busy and/or understaffed that day. I’d happily book again because I did like the doctor but will have make sure I have a pretty open day in case this is the norm.

Dr Peters is very knowledgeable but seems timid sometimes and I don't always trust her diagnosis as she seems young and not always assertive with her thoughts. For the most part she seems knowledgeable but the associates in the office who you meet with beforehand to take your vitals, and the front desk staff seem very unorganized every time I'm there. I've been multiple times and they seem to have gotten worse over the past 3 years. The main issue is that I feel like Dr Peters is administering to many tests (i.e blood work, EKG, ultra-sound) and not asking enough investigative questions to really get to the bottom of the issue.

This was my first visit here in my quest to find a regular doctor. I've seen quite a few. My visit was extremely thorough and I never felt rushed. Dr. Kaiser was even able to draw blood without me feeling it at all. First time for that since usually ppl can't even find a vein. I will definitely be back.
