He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Montefiore’s Residency Program in Social Medicine. Dr. DeWitt is board certified in Family Medicine. His work experience includes providing LGBTQ+ primary care and serving as the Director of Anal Health at Callen-Lorde Community Health Center in NYC for many years and most recently as the Medical Director of a new LGBTQ+ center in Providence, RI called Open Door Health.
