The providers are certified to prescribe buprenorphine (Suboxone/Subutex).* Dr. Epps is a celebrated physician, well-known for his easygoing manner and wonderful personality. He completed his Doctor of Medicine at Pennsylvania State University, followed by an internship in Internal Medicine at the National Naval Medical Center. He then completed his residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Pain Management at the University of Texas, Southwestern. Dr. Epps offers telemedicine visits as well as in-person office consultations. Dr. Epps accepts all Cigna insurance plans. If you have health insurance through another plan, you can pay out of pocket, and the clinic will help you file for reimbursement afterward—most patients are able to be reimbursed for most or all of the costs of treatment.
