The privacy and professionalism of the visit was so refreshing. I'm a scared human being. I have literally been laughed at recently by an ER doctor. And as the victim of a United Healthcare scam, it was SO NICE not to bullied or lectured about a primary care physician. My insurance status is in limbo, but my health is on the verge of taking a nasty turn. I need help and solutions. No matter what the illness or the cause, early detection and diagnosis saves people. I'm so grateful to have had this visit. ”

About William Kelly
I began my career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2018, after earning my Master’s in Family Health Nursing from Simmons University and my Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I initially worked in inpatient care before transitioning to the Emergency Room in 2019, where I gained extensive experience in acute and urgent care. Since 2022, I’ve dedicated myself to full-time telemedicine, treating a broad range of conditions with a focus on providing comprehensive and personalized care remotely.
I specialize in primary care, men’s and women’s health, and I am deeply passionate about providing LGBTQ+ healthcare, including gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) for transgender patients. I believe in creating a supportive and affirming space for all individuals to receive the care they need.
Additionally, I have significant experience managing mental health conditions, particularly anxiety, depression, and ADHD. My goal is to make healthcare accessible, inclusive, and compassionate for everyone I treat.

Will is an amazing provider! I always feel really comfortable being open and honest about my medical journey with him. He has a great bedside manner and really takes the time to explain everything, which is very helpful and comforting! Highly recommend him. An added note, as a member of the LGBT+ community I felt very affirmed in my identity when working with Will! Also, really important to me.

Extremely personable and a good listener! It was my first time being prescribed certain medications and Will was very good at explaining the medicines and their side effects as well as all my options to proceed if I did not go the medicine route.

I was happy he was proactive with prescribing a medication to address my medical issues vs the typical, “ let’s wait and see and reschedule in two weeks attitude.” I was pleased with the visit and would highly recommend him as a primary care provider.

Will made me feel heard. He didn’t just half listen to my concerns, he actually listened, asked questions, & really tried to understand my issues. He was kind & professional. He also showed extreme patience during our call while I was dealing with my fussy toddler interrupting me as well.
I highly recommend Will to anyone seeking thoughtful, empathetic care.

Will was fantastic during our appointment! He has great availability so I was able to get in quickly. Im so glad that I was able to find Will. He was very attentive during our meeting and I felt heard. You can tell that Will cares about his patients. Will is incredibly knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain everything from what my symptoms were showing him to the medication that he prescribed. I cant recommend Will more! Im glad I made the switch to Kiwi Health!

Provider was super thorough after being hospitalized for my gallbladder. Referred me to a surgeon, conducted appropriate follow up, paperwork sent over to the receiving office, and a great Provider.
He explains things in a way that can be understood by anyone. There is never a case where I leave my appointments going, “I have no idea what he said.”
He sends a follow up explaining and outlining our appointments and post-visit plans. Honestly, best provider I’ve had in years!

Booking my appointment was quick and very easy. The hours and times are flexible and worked within my busy schedule. I was able to be seen and diagnosed within minutes. Will could not have been nicer and was extremely knowledgeable. He was very personable and took my problems very seriously. He diagnosed me within minutes and I was able to get a prescription the same day. From now on I am only using vibrant health clinic and I have already recommended it to friends!!

I had a very painful knee infection and I haven’t had the best experience with previous medical professionals, Will went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I asked a bunch of questions and I did not feel embarrassed or shamed by Will. Very very pleasant experience. I would recommend him to anyone, especially folks who like to ask a lot of questions or have anxiety around seeking medical attention. 10/10!
