Dr. Lipkin was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at New York University. He received his medical degree from the Pennsylvania College / Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. He then completed his residency in foot and ankle surgery at Mt. Sinai Hospital / St. Francis Medical Center in Hartford. Upon completion of his residency in 1996, he began practicing in Baltimore, and relocated to New Jersey in November 1998. Dr. Lipkin has office hours in Hoboken and Green Brook.
