Well before I booked my appointment I asked them if they excepted my insurance I was told yes. Then I booked the appointment. Later on a week before my appointment I was notified that they don’t except my medical insurance. What a bummer. Back to the drawing board I go

Refused to see me saying I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early. Yet the confirmation email said to arrive 15 minutes early. I was there 13 minutes early and they still refused to see me.

Dr. Moffat was great! Kind and a great communicator. Very helpful and friendly. I have anxiety especially at the doctors office, he made me feel comfortable and supported.

Doc a was great; check-in assist was not to on it if anything deviated from her routine script and check-out person needs to update her HIPPA training or never would have had two patients crammed into her small checkout window simultaneously and failed to correct it even though I offered to vacate to let the other patient have their privacy.

Contacted me within an hour of the appointment changing time & doctor I was meeting with. Showed up at my scheduled time & they said I’m late and they can’t see me. Zero willingness to work with me.

Dr. Moffat is very knowledgeable and quite thorough. He answered all my questions and didn’t seemed rushed. The office is clean and in a convenient location. They also have the ability to draw blood and perform some routine diagnostic procedures making it even more convenient for patients.

Office staff was very nice. The MA that checked me in was great she listened to me and asked questions. The Dr was amazing. He was kind and gentle and didn’t rush and took his time and listed to me and asked follow up questions. He was amazing.
