This was my first visit to the office. I am looking for a new primary doc. Everyone was friendly and professional. Saved lots of time by completing the new patient forms on zocdoc before the appointment. Wait time was reasonable. I didn't actually see the doctor (did get a brief exam from the PA who was very pleasant) but I'm sure I will when I go back next month for a physical. Overall very good experience.

Dr Pinkley is an excellent Dr, However, Your office billing manager needs to work on her knowledge of her job description, also never returns calls. My mother Juanita was in ER on a specific incident and could not get Dr Pinkley's on call to have her admitted because he is not able to to that!!!!! so we have a new Dr.....no complaints now....please evaluate your business and make some so needed changes focus your dollars on training and not so much on your billboard ads.

BEWARE OF THIS CLINIC, THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A MONEY BAG AND NOT LIKE A PATIENT!
I made an appointment for a yearly check up which is fully covered by my insurance and this doctor is supposedly in-network. They ended up charging me for a different service and I ended up paying everything out my pocket because they refused to run it through my insurance which has an agreed pricing with them.
Until today (so 9 months later) they didnt submit my claim to my insurance after several follow up it came out that they submitted my claim with the wrong details

Staff was very nice! I did have to fill out information again that I had already filled out online, but there wasn't too much to do. Surprisingly I didn't have to wait long to see Dr. Garcia. He took the time to listen to my issue and offer a variety of treatments for me to try.

Pinkley only sees patients every other Saturday of the month. I saw Dr Michael Garcia and previously PA Carol Tran I have been extremely pleased with the office staff and providers. I definitely recommend vital health!

I was brought to the back by a new nurse who seemed frustrated with everything she did, murmuring things and sighing exasperatedly. That was a bit awkward, but Dr. Tran is great. She's efficient, listens actively, and really knows what she's doing.

Wonderful and friendly staff, as well a convenient location in my neck of the woods. I appreciated his attention to detail and he talked over every option and concern with me. I did have to wait for a hot minute to be seen but from what I saw I came on a very busy day and am a new patient. I highly recommend his office, based on his amazing beside manner, informative nature, and great staff.

Horrible. I picked this office due to high reviews on ZocDoc and because I needed to see a doctor regarding a cough I'd had for over a week (wanted to make sure it was nothing contagious for my infant son). Although no other patients were in the office, I waited for almost an hour to be seen. At one point, a front desk employee reminded Dr. Pinkley that I was there. He still took a long time to finish a conversation with a visitor (another doctor or perhaps one of those pharmaceutical reps). I did appreciate him taking time to educate me on possible medical conditions. I come from a family of doctors and hold them and their extensive schooling in high esteem. However, after that, I waited another 30 minutes to do the blood test he recommended and was told I'd get the results the following day. Dr. Pinkley gave me a prescription for an antibiotic in case the blood test determined it was bacterial. Well, it's now been over 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my result. I've called the office multiple times. I still have the cough and now need to go see another doctor for the same thing! (Not to mention more co-pays and time off from work!!) Absolutley ridiculous.
