My goal is to offer clarity, stability, and purpose in a space where you feel truly supported. I take a warm, thoughtful approach, blending clinical expertise with down-to-earth conversation. Whether we’re exploring change or building new coping skills, I’ll meet you where you are. I earned my Psy.D. and MBA from Widener University and currently serve at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center. I also teach at the University at Buffalo and lead the Superhero Alliance nonprofit."
