Reason for this unsatisfactory rating is because when I got to the office on the day of the appointment, I was told that their scheduling system for some reason was not linked to the scheduling system provided by zoc doc. I've never had an issue with this until this visit. Once you book your visit through ZocDoc, you're supposed to reach out to the office directly to make sure the date and time you have chosen is indeed available. They need to get it together.

Bill is friendly. He seemed nervous but he told me he was new. he wanted to get everything right so he checked with the doctor first before ordering which was nice.
