As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) working under the supervision of a licensed clinician, I provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. My goal is to help you build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with your values and purpose.

I use an integrative approach that may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and attachment-based interventions. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs and goals because no two healing journeys are the same. I believe healing begins in relationships where you feel safe, seen, and accepted.
