Dr. Sokan is board-certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), respectively. Before nursing and medicine, Dr. Sokan studied Economics and Statistics and obtained her BSN in 1994, working with various financial institutions. After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
