About Xanthe Marly Layugan
Born and raised in Hawai?i, Xan later moved to the Pacific Northwest, where she gained diverse experience in intensive care, aesthetics, and outpatient infusion services. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Practice from Chamberlain University in Chicago and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She values a collaborative approach, working closely with patients to educate, support, and empower them in achieving their health goals.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, unwinding with a good book, and sharing meals with friends and family.

The visit went very well. The problem was ZocDoc didn’t follow through on their end. The dr’s office was not expecting me, didn’t know of my appt, didn’t receive any of my personal info submitted to ZocDoc prior to visit. Submitted specifically to facilitate the paperwork necessary these days for a successful dr’s visit. I had to resubmit the paperwork, in its entirety, at the appt. I was there 4 hrs, but they were kind enough to go ahead with my visit. And it was a good visit. ZocDoc is a disappointment.

I’ve had poor experiences in the past with doctors jumping to conclusions without explanation, feeling like I wasn’t heard, and rushed out the door. Today was the complete opposite.. I felt heard, I understood exactly what my treatment plan could look like, and got some actionable next steps to guide us in the right direction.
