About Dr. Xiaoxi Ouyang
ALL VISITS ARE IN PERSON. WE DO NOT OFFER TELEHEALTH OR VIRTUAL VISITS.
All bookings are subject to a 100$ no show/cancellation fee, credit card information must be provided upon booking. Credit card will only be charged in case of no show or cancellation.
All Self Pay/Sick Visit appointments are subject to flat fee of 235$ which you are expected to pay once you book your appointment and before your scheduled appointment.
We also offer an affordable Self Pay monthly membership. Please call our office for more information.
Dr. Ouyang completed her residency at Greenwich Hospital/Yale University in Connecticut. She has practiced primary care in the southern New Hampshire/northern Massachussets area for over a decade. She is widely known for delivering personalized high quality medical care rooted in trust, continuity and clinical excellence. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Ouyang is dedicated to patient-first care that promotes long-term health, vitality and well-being.
Dr. Ouyang provides care for adult patients with common illnesses, chronic conditions, mental health issues, menopause and perimenopause issues, annual physical exams, preop medical clearance, etc. She also has a special interest in medical weight loss and weight management.
Dr. Ouyang is double board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine.
Dr. Ouyang is fluent in English, French, and Mandarin Chinese.
