Dr. Li was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Great bedside manner. She was also very attentive and very thorough with the examination. Will definitely see her again!

I scheduled an appt through ZocDoc but the receptionist called me while I was 15 minutes away to tell me that ZocDoc just requests appts, but does not book them so they gave my appt to someone else. That was very upsetting as I was almost there and had to pay longer for parking. This facility does NOT have free parking beyond 20 minutes. Thankfully they were able to fit me in soon after though. The actual office visit was nice. I felt heard and that Nurse Practitioner Li was thorough and listened to me with kindness and respect. She offered suggestions and was very polite and sweet. I felt very comfortable and happy that I chose her! She gave me some sample probiotics as well which was kind!

I had an appointment with Emma and she was very attentive to my concerns and thorough. This was somewhat of a last minute appointment. The clinic was very responsive and I love the fact that I was able to communicate with the clinican via app when I had questions post appointment.
The staff are extremely nice. I had a great visit.
