I have worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings in both medical and mental health specialties. As a PMHNP, I work with people across the lifespan, with a particular focus on children, adolescents, young adults, and their families. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based so we will work together to best achieve your goals. I believe that while I bring expertise on medications and therapeutic interventions, you are the expert on yourself (or your child). While medication can be an important strategy, we will also integrate therapy, coping skills, and lifestyle modifications into our discussions to create a holistic plan that meets your needs. I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space at every appointment, and look forward to the opportunity to work together to support your wellbeing.
