Overall the experience was great except there was not an option for physical exam so the appointment was made under a 15 min interval instead of physical exam.

Dr. Duan was so nice and professional. She called me after 5:00pm to let me know the lab test result on the same afternoon that I visited her. It was great to know the results on Friday afternoon so that I would have a good weekend. Thank you so much, Dr. Duan.
I would also like to mention that I was able to make the appointment and see Dr. Duan on the same day. It was a great experience.

This was the first visit with Dr. Duan and she was very thorough and took her time. The cost of a self pay office visit was completely affordable. The availability for appointments and being able to schedule online, even for a first visit, was outstanding. My wait time for the visit was less than 10 minutes, even with one staff member who was assisting other clients at the time I arrived. I will be returning to Dr. Duan when needed, and recommending her to family and friends.
