“First thing I was not prepared to - the copayment. It was supposed to be "0", but it was much more... that was not a good start.
Then, when I was questioned standard things - the girl was interrupted very rudely and other assistant started questioning me. He did not even listen to all my answers.. Doctor was supposed to be bilingual, but she was not. She could not read my documents on other language.”
