I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness. I provide comprehensive evaluations, evidence-based treatment plans, and thoughtful medication management for patients ages 13 and older. What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our first session focuses on getting to know you, your history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. From there, I develop a personalized plan that may include medication management, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies. Follow up visits are used to track progress, adjust treatment when needed, and ensure you feel supported along the way. My goal is to create a steady partnership where you can find balance, resilience, and lasting wellness.
