I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and psychiatric challenges. My clinical focus includes the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, ADHD, schizophrenia, and other conditions that impact mental wellness and day-to-day functioning.
With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, I strive to provide care that is empathetic, respectful, and centered around each person’s unique needs. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive therapeutic approaches to help individuals feel safe, heard, and empowered.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from NYC College of Technology and completed my advanced practice training in psychiatry at Walden University—both with honors. I am fluent in both English and Russian and deeply committed to building strong therapeutic relationships based on trust, understanding, and collaboration.

She was super sweet and actually listened to all of my issues and talked about them, usually drs don’t really listen thoroughly. She explained everything so i could understand and even offered to refer me to a therapist so she can know i’m doing better.

The practice was big on follow-ups and they have a detailed app to help with additional follow ups, tests, invoices, etc. The starting paperwork prior to the appt. was very thorough; the questions were more in-depth than usual - it time consuming, but worth it overall. She was very friendly and easy to open up to, but most importantly, she listened. I’d highly recommend Yelena Goldfeld and this practice as a whole.
