Dr. Yeside Ojo, DNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC, earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Brandman University, her Master’s in Nursing from Simmons University, and her Bachelor’s degree from Howard University. She is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner whose aim is to always provide client-centered care and treatments based on evidence-based guidelines by diagnosing according to the latest edition of the DSM and listening carefully to clients’ concerns and symptoms.
She effectively manages client symptoms by initiating, adjusting, and continuously monitoring medication administration. Dr. Ojo improves clients’ self-awareness and knowledge regarding mental health illnesses and medications by educating them on proper use, drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, and the course and prognosis of mental illnesses.
She collaborates with psychiatrists, medical case managers, therapists, nurses, and medical assistants to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Dr. Ojo performs mental health evaluations for adult patients with a wide range of psychiatric and substance use disorders, including the treatment of patients with addiction or unhealthy substance use.

No words would adequately describe or give justice to the quality of treatment I received from Dr. Ojo.
