Bad doctor with a staff so incompetent it is shocking. They lost the medical records that I hand delivered to them. Dr. Naing rushes so much that the first time we met, she only spoke to me for about 6 minutes.

Dr. Yin Naing was the first doctor I've ever had that ask me about my mental health during a check up. She made me feel comfortable and like she genuinely cared about my mental wellness and not just my physical health. Thank you, Dr. Naing!

Dr. Naing was very kind. I would schedule another appointment with her, however the office wasn’t very professional. I submitted a bunch of paperwork on Zocdoc and when I arrived at the doctor I was told they don’t receive those formsso I still had to complete them again in person. Then I had to wait for 30 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen.

The Doctor and her staff were very polite and professional. I'm a T1 diabetic looking for a Doctor with updated methods of care. Unfortunately, she was a bit closed minded, and seemed even unwilling to consider the possibilities of decreasingmy insulin dependence. Though, I do understand my ideas may seem radical to most. I would prefer a Doctor that at least encourage my healing. I do know that, that is a lot to ask for. So, when it comes to a polite, professional doctor, who can get my lab work done; and call in prescriptions, I think she will be a good choice.

For an initial visit, it was rather "cold fish". Please take note- Physicians should remain mindful while not everyone needs/is looking for the "hand holding" doc, a new patient may be coming to you out of necessity (as in my case,a forced MCO change) from an excellent, longstanding rapport with their previous PCP. That not withstanding, my prior Dr. still set the bar quite high. I'm also a seasoned medical professional (Emergency Psychiatric Med. Tech.), which gives me a unique vantage point in knowing what to look for, & how to view my experience. My main "take-aways" were two: 1. I didn't feel I was being heard, detect compassion or a sense of empathy, or was taken seriously. 2. Not nearly enough questions were asked regarding my history & symptoms, which are atypical. Overall, the appointment was a huge letdown, & I'll be seeking continuing treatment from another source.

I was so disappointed. I had 2 issues that wanted to discuss with doctor. She came in and spent less than 2 minutes with me. When I was explaining my symptoms, she stoped me and said " your appointment is onlyfor 15min and now I should go write the report" she said goodbye and I was shocked... Never gonna see this doctor again

She was so great! Not a typical morose doctor. She was smiling and bubbly when she walked in and asked me about what countries I was visiting (travel medicine appointment). She walked me through everything I 100% needed and let medecide how many extra precautions/medicines I wanted. Called in the prescription right away. Also, her staff was great. Very gentle when drawing blood and giving shots.

Whatever medical knowledge Dr. Naing might possess is completely invalidated by her bedside manner, condescending demeanor to patients, and the truly terrible nature of her nurses and staff. It's unheard of for any doctor to refuse to seea patient for being 2 minutes late to the appointment, yet that was Dr. Naing's immediate call in this case. This fact is even more outrageous when considering that–whether with a scheduled or walk-in urgent care visit–I've never been seen by the office staff until at least 30 min after the initial appt. time. I would highly recommend better sensitivity and patient training for the doctor and her staff at Metro Immediate.

Dr. Naing is very kind and friendly, but her office lacks in responsiveness and communication at times. Dr. Naing can be very difficult to get in touch with. While I understand that her practice is also a busy walk-in clinic, sheis a primary care provider for many patients. If you need to get in touch, I've found that the email address listed on their website is useless. The patient portal through GW is better, however.
