I'm Yosief Berhe, a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) specializing in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults in Oregon.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and trauma. Many of my patients have been pushing through on their own for years — functioning on the outside but exhausted on the inside. They've reached a point where they know something needs to change, and they're ready to do something about it. That's exactly where I come in.
My approach is direct, warm, and collaborative. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. During our first appointment, we'll have a thorough conversation about your history, your symptoms, and what you've already tried. From there we build a personalized plan that makes sense for your life — one that we track, adjust, and refine over time until we get it right.
I have 10 years of clinical experience working with adults across a wide range of psychiatric presentations, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, and co-occurring conditions. I draw on evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral principles, motivational interviewing, and psychoeducation to make sure you feel informed and empowered throughout your care.
All appointments are conducted via telehealth — no commute, no waiting room, just flexible and private care from wherever you're most comfortable. I accept Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Carelon Behavioral Health, and Quest Behavioral Health, and also offer private pay options with transparent pricing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Our first visit is a comprehensive evaluation where we'll talk about your symptoms, medical history, goals, and any questions you have. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan, which may include medication, lifestyle recommendations, or therapy referrals. Follow-up visits focus on tracking your progress, making adjustments when needed, and ensuring you feel supported every step of the way.
