I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree and over 15 years of healthcare experience. I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adolescents and adults through comprehensive evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy.
I treat depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma-related disorders, substance use, weight management, PTSD, and other mental health and behavioral health conditions. My approach is holistic and patient-centered, combining medication management with practical strategies that support emotional wellness, healthy lifestyle changes, and long-term recovery.
