Dr. Rassovsky’s specialty areas include anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, OCD, midlife and later life transitions, and couple's and family issues. His primary clinical orientation is cognitive-behavioral, while incorporating more eclectic aspects of psychodynamic therapy, hypnosis, and mindfulness. Along with these skills, Dr. Rassovsky offers an empathic, accepting, and supportive attitude to all clients undergoing emotional challenges. In his spare time, Dr. Rassovsky enjoys sailing, martial arts training, and reading.
