About Dr. Yvette A. Tivoli
Dr. Tivoli joined Riverchase in 2020 with over 12 years of experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed residencies in Dermatology at Broward Health Medical Center and Family Medicine at Palmetto General Hospital. Additionally, she holds a bachelor's degree from New York University. Using state-of-the-art technologies, Dr. Tivoli provides a full range of diagnostic and treatment services for skin cancer, skin diseases, and complex skin conditions. Her specialties include cutting-edge cosmetic rejuvenation treatments, adult and pediatric general dermatology, and dermatologic surgery.
Dr. Tivoli has authored multiple publications in leading medical journals. In her spare time, she finds great satisfaction in treating underserved populations by participating in volunteer medical missions.

Dr.Tivoli took one quick look at my skin and she had all the answers. She wasn’t interested in anything I had to say. Didn’t ask me details about what I had been experiencing. I had to fight to be heard. She acted like I was being a huge pain when I asked for a swab culture to be done. She didn’t ask me anything about any other medical situations that may be going on or have been going on in my life. No curiosity. No interest at all. One of the worst drs appts I’ve ever been to. Will never be back.

The check-in process went smoothly, and I was given the appropriate amount of time to log my medical history. I was promptly placed into an exam room, interviewed by the medical assistant (who was very sweet and friendly), after which the doctor appeared. I was out of the office 1/2 hr earlier than I anticipated.

The waiting room was clean and pleasant although my wait time very brief.
I was led in to an examination room and Dr.Tivoli's assistant greeted me with such a professional considerate manner. She asked me pertinent questions and put me at ease. Dr. Tivoli then came in and was exactly what I’d hoped for....knowledgable, kind ,considerate. I knew I was in the top notch hands.
I would give this team an A+.

The front desk woman was unkind. I finished completing the paperwork on their tablet but the woman who gave it to me was speaking with another patient but there was another front office woman that sits next to her that I asked (after standing there with the tablet for a minute or two) to give the tablet to the woman next to her (her coworker) and she refused. I thought it was unkind of her to not take the tablet and just place it on the desk of her employee who sits right next to her since the woman was speaking with another client. Teamwork should be established. The doctor was nice but my problem was not resolved because she does not check for ear eczema which I was unaware of.

Doctor seems very qualified, yet she seemed to rush through the appointment. Asked the same already answered questions a few times. I don't think she was paying full attention. Will give her another chance in the follow-up appointment.

Nice to finally find a Dermatologist that was more engaged in determining my issue and not just prescribe everyday meds and creams. I feel that I received an appropriate evaluation and diagnosis after seeing other “Dermatologists”.

My appt was at 4:15. However I went like an hour earlier and they still helped me right away and the doctor saw me shortly after I got there! Everyone was amazing! Doctor was very knowledgeable and very caring. I live far from the office but it was so worth the drive!
