Hi, I'm Yvonne. Are you struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, OCD, Schizophrenia, Mood swings, Eating disorders, ADHD, Insomnia, Trauma/PTSD, Personality disorders, or substance abuse? I am here for you, and I care!
I create individualized, effective, evidence-based treatment solutions that may include both medication management and/or psychotherapy depending on your needs. Your voice matters, and I listen very closely to every one of your mental health needs.
We will develop treatment plans that actually WORK! Yes, and we never give up. At Grow Therapy, it is all about you. I am Board Certified in Psychiatry, licensed by the States of Texas, Minnesota, and California. I also hold a Master's in Nursing from Walden University.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I focus on patient’s experience, health and happiness. We will work together to get you to feeling like you again! We will track your progress, meet regularly based on your treatment plans and refill or adjust your medication(s) as needed. I am so eager to meet you where you are, no exceptions!

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
