“Front desk ladies were awful. Technology is so advanced the patient does 99% of the work for them these days
yet they couldn’t be bothered to assist me verify insurance from my new job. DR castle saved the day and was great on this initial visit. After his consultation was done magically they found my insurance once they knew I was highly irritated. Hopefully they get this fixed but Castle himself was very nice.”

The reception staff is really unfriendly and makes it seem like you're an idiot for asking questions in a building with multiple practices on different floors and you have to see yourself to the exam room. The pre-appointment messaging that's meant to help with this is just confusing. No clear signage on the exterior of the building, either.
I have a hard time giving the doctor a hard time, because he was really friendly. But any of my specific issues (metabolic, weight loss, menstrual) were literally only met with a push of medication when I said I wasn't interested. Said CICO for weight loss was something 'skinny people say'(?). He said we'll do a blood panel, I told him last time I did one everything came back normal. Gave me a few referrals and that was that. Didn't really make any attempt to probe at any deeper issues. Made me feel he either didn't have a desire to look further into it or he didn't know how.
Nothing got solved. Won't be coming back. :(

I was impressed by how thorough the doctors assessment of me was. Usually I feel like I am being rushed out of the room as quickly as possible. That was not the case here. He was concerned for my well being . I felt like a person as opposed to a specific number in a line of patients .

So far I have been very pleased with Dr. Castle. It's only been about a year that I've been seeing him. However, it has been a very smooth transition from my previous DO who we lost unexpectedly. He has explained in detail what my issues are and the cure he has set for me. He is also a listener which many are not. He does not talk down but explains where a layman can understand. I thank him for accepting NEW Medicare patients.

Very efficient experience! I received a text the day before instructing me on procedure when I arrived. Once parked, I texted that I was on-site, waited in the car, and in a few minutes was instructed to go to a certain waiting room. When I got there, a nurse was already there! Did my check-up, had my time with Dr. Castle, and then taken to the lab to do some blood taken for my physical.
I swear I felt like Rip Van Winkle and I arrived in the future! I enjoyed my experience and would recommend to my friends and family.

I did not have to sit in a waiting room. I was able to go straight to an exam room after I arrived. After arriving in the exam room, the wait time to be seen was very short, compared to my expectation.
The doctor and medical staff communicated everything very clearly, and there were no surprises. The doctor was very helpful and listened to all of my concerns.
