About Zachary Cornett
His name is Zachary, but you can call him “Zach.” A certified physician assistant with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Lock Haven University, he describes his practice style as “Comprehensive primary care with a focus on wellness and preventive care.” Zach enjoys the responsiveness of taking care of his patients in a virtual setting and believes that house calls have come full circle. He’d even argue that with Ascend, house calls are even better than before – with personal and attentive care, no rushed appointments, and the advanced technology that we now use.
He believes the most important factor in a provider-patient relationship is mutual recognition that health is more than numbers and medications. It’s about physical and mental wellness, paired with a lifestyle that helps us achieve our goals. When this is our mindset, the provider-patient relationship becomes less about finding quick fixes and more about a partnership in getting healthy, and then staying healthy.

I steer away from commuting. Having my appointments virtual with Zach are great. I am always treated so nicely and he shows genuine concern about you. I am always in and out but he makes sure I am helped with all my needs.
I mainly book him for anxiety and insomnia medication. I will always be getting my physical done through this office soon.

I would definitely go back and refer Dr. Zachary Cornett as well. He was a great listener and cared about making sure that my Medicine was right. He also set up other appointments for me as well. Great service. The nurses and other people was very nice and helpful . Very professional I hope all the Doctors are like this.

the lady checking me in was awesome and the Dr was the best. I only needed enough meds for 7 days but he gave me a 30 day supply which is great because I don't know what my new (local) primary Care doctor will do next Thursday. thank you to everyone including zocdoc without your app I would be suffering another week.
