This was a great first appointment
I was treated with respect and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Zakiyya clearly knows what she is doing and provided great recommendations. I have been hesitant about starting medications but I’m ready to proceed with her guidance. I look forward to our next appointment.

I had a disappointing experience with this provider. My first scheduled appointment was missed without any prior notification. I was informed by her team about four hours after the appointment time, which was very frustrating.
When we eventually had the appointment, she joined late. During the session, I did not feel comfortable. The interaction felt judgmental and monotone, and I did not feel heard or supported. As a psychiatrist, I was expecting a more compassionate and attentive approach.
Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations.
