Zakiyyah uses an evidence-based, culturally sensitive, integrative, therapeutic alliance with her clients. Zakiyyah listens effectively to the client needs and creates a personalized care plan that addresses their needs effectively. The client will also feel respected as care is based on patient centered care. She is dedicated to wellness, functional and integrative medicine and treating each client with respect and dignity.
If you do not have insurance and you are seeking treatment for ADHD, there is a $300 initial visit cost that includes: #1: $150.00 ADHD Neurocognitive Testing and #2: $150.00 for the appointment. Each appointment thereafter will be $150. We collect credit card payment at the time of your appointment.
ANY CANCELLATIONS A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO AVOID A FULL FEE CANCELLATION CHARGE.

I was treated with respect and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Zakiyya clearly knows what she is doing and provided great recommendations. I have been hesitant about starting medications but I’m ready to proceed with her guidance. I look forward to our next appointment.

I had a disappointing experience with this provider. My first scheduled appointment was missed without any prior notification. I was informed by her team about four hours after the appointment time, which was very frustrating.
When we eventually had the appointment, she joined late. During the session, I did not feel comfortable. The interaction felt judgmental and monotone, and I did not feel heard or supported. As a psychiatrist, I was expecting a more compassionate and attentive approach.
Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations.
