Dr. Zan Mra is a board-certified Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He received his medical degree from the Institute of Medicine in Myanmar (Burma) and subsequently completed his residency training in the State University of New York in Buffalo, NY.

If i could give this doctor zero stars, i would. While the front desk staff was pleasant the doctor had terrible bedside manner and made me feel like my concerns were all in my head. He did an exam only because i was insistent and wanted confirmation. Other than that, he asked a few questions and looked at me like I was inconveniencing him.

I had a great experience at the office. The ENT receptionist was polite and patient since it was my first visit I felt welcome. I woke up with an ear infection and was able to see Dr the same AM. I will return to the office for a follow up appointment. I highly recommend Dr Zan Mra

Do not believe any of the negative reviews about Dr. Mra. He was attentive, thorough and analytical. Not at any time did I feel rushed, and he listened to everything I was experiencing regarding my ear discomfort. Glad I went, as my condition has been improving everyday since.
Was even able to take a hearing test and the audiologist was very friendly and helpful as well.
My only negative experience was with the front desk. In the times I went, no one was present at the front desk adding to the wait time. Also, when I had to schedule a follow up appointment, I was very informed that I should do it over the phone since the front attendant was by herself, for which she proceeded to give me a business card for a call answering service in Manhattan. When I told the front attendant the line was busy, she made me an appointment, getting visibly frustrated. Why would I have to call Manhattan for an appointment in Long Island when I’m standing right there in the office with no one waiting?

Doctor Mra was amazing and easy to talk to. He care about my ears. Took his time to clean and fix my ears. Everything went well and highly recommend. Wonderful staff and office.
No complaints. Parking was easy lots of parking and it was on street level in back.
