Excellent Dr. Spent more than an hour discussing in detail her findings. Ordered tests and front desk made the appointment for us and did the preauthorization right away.

Dr. Raval was excellent. She was very intentional with her questions and she listened carefully to all of my concerns. I liked that she didn’t jump to prescribing medication and instead opted for follow up testing.

Such a wonderful doctor with caring and helpful staff. Everyone was kind and attentive and made me feel calm. The nurse and doctor were very kind and were not in a rush to get me out. There was a complication about my health insurance being inactive,but the receptionist did not waste any time about calling the insurance company to resolve the situation . She was so patient while on the phone with representative, helpful and friendly. The staff member that brought me into the room asked some general questions about my medical history since it was my first in patient experience there before the doctor entered in. She was very pleasant, clear and direct. When the doctor arrived, she was so polite and had such a warm presence about her. She’s very knowledgeable about cardiology and I can also tell she loves what she does as her profession. She also broke things down as well as she could. I mostly listened to learn and understand but I had a really enjoyable experience.
