What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to care is grounded in creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. Transformative healing and growth begin with genuine connection. I focus on building a trusting relationship where you feel heard and understood. I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and motivational techniques, while recognizing that every person’s needs and experiences are unique. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, identify your needs, and develop a personalized approach that aligns with your goals, values, and pace. My goal is to provide the support and guidance you need to become the best version of yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Your first session is an opportunity to get to know one another and create a foundation for our work together. We’ll talk about what led you to seek care, your experiences, and what you hope to gain from treatment. There’s no need to have it all figured out, and there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. I’ll ask questions to understand your background and current concerns, while giving you space to get a sense of my approach and whether we’re a good fit. Therapy is a collaborative process; your comfort and trust in me are important. By the end of our session, we’ll identify your goals and create a treatment plan that supports your well-being. My intention for you is that you leave feeling hopeful about the journey ahead.
