I booked a video visit with the doctor through ZocDoc. I never received information on how to connect. Before the scheduled appointment I called the number and someone told me they would have called me back, and they never did. At the end, I was not able to see the doctor and nobody ever got in touch with me to apologize or explain.

My initial visit was canceled on the day of. The provider was incredibly rude and didn't show her entire face on the screen. She was dismissive and made. me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I would not see her again!

I made a video-visit appointment with this doctor here because it said she was in the network. When the time comes, nobody sent me any link to log in. After 15 mins waiting, i called their office and front desk had no idea that i booked. They asked me bunch of questions and said she doesn’t accept my insurance. Waste of time. If she doesn’t accept my insurance, why does it say she was in the network? They better check that out instead of wasting people’s time!

Dr. Faroq was kind, thorough, and professional. I felt heard and seen. She communicated with me very clearly and I understood everything that she conveyed to me. I am very satisfied with my experience today. Her office also called me ahead of time to get additional information regarding my concerns. I really appreciated that as well. I was also seen right on time.

First of all, I did not even see this provider. I saw Dr. Friedman he was terrible and I waited 2 hours to see the doctor. Front desk didn’t check me in properly which caused that issue. Dr was on phone while I was waiting for him after the waiting room wait of 2 hr add another 20 min of vitals and reviewing medical history. Do not come here if you think you will be treated as a pt. You are just another paycheck to these drs, they make profit off of you. Do not work with their souls, complained to insurance and office manager of the unreasonable wait.

I made the appointment and my insurance was indicated. I even called up to confirm.
I got there and gave my insurance card and ID to the desk. I paid thr copay. I filled out paperwork. I handed the paperwork back. About 20 minutes later I'm told my insurance wasn't on my chart. My old insurance was on my chart... but I gave my new insurance card to the receptionist away. I even had a picture taken! Then about 10 minutes later I'm told my insurance wasn't accepted and my appointment was cancelled... after waiting about 45 minutes!!!

She also spent time explaining my treatment options very explicitly and made sure I understood before she continued. Very professional with a great bedside manner.

The experience was satisfactory, taken in right away. Doctor listened and it was my first visit; however, nothing was resolved. I have been experiencing symptoms for months and did preliminary test which I had to redo. Just frustrated b/c I did not get any answers and could not get a 2 week follow-up appointment until 4 weeks.

The office did reschedule my original appointment for a later date, which was a bummer, but they made sure my new date was befitting my calendar. Medical staff were courteous and helpful. Dr.Faroqui was personable and attentive. All in all it was a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Zeba was excellent in listening to my rendition of problems with my body. She actually listened and didn't just tell me a standardized version of a medical opinion. Whether her determination of my affliction is accurate or not remains to be seen, but as a long time suffer of whatever this is, she has impressed me the most of all the specialists I've visited.
