Hello, my name is Zeeshan Choudhry, but you can call me Zee. I am a board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in psychiatry. I earned my Master’s in Nursing and a Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Wayne State University. I am here for you and your/their psychiatric needs, whether it be medication or therapy. Please reach out and let me know how I can help you. I am open-minded and have experience treating an extremely diverse population. I have significant experience in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, oppositional defiance, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, PTSD, insomnia, and many more.

What should a new client know about working with you?

NOTE FOR NEW PATIENTS : WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING MEDICAID // Additionally, we need new patient intake paperwork (to come from Headway) completed at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Typically i like to speak to the client find out their problems and medications they are currently taking, what has worked for them in the past and any relevant background information so we can come up with a good plan and follow through on it.
