The doctor forgot about our appointment and when she finally met us she didn’t acknowledge missing it nor apologized. As a parent trying to get some professional advice and help from a doctor, this first impression was not acceptable.

Dr. K was patient, kind, and thorough. This was a first time experience using Zocdoc and I was unsure as what to expect. There are not enough words to describe how comfortable and at ease Dr. K made my daughter and myself feel. Her level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness is immeasurable. She gave us a clear plan on how to proceed in our process and was not quick to jump to prescribe medication which I thoroughly appreciated. She respected our thoughts and emotions and made sure we were comfortable with how to proceed. We look forward to our follow up appointment.
