About Dr. Zen Matsuda
Welcome to Zen Chiropractic, where we are dedicated to nurturing your well-being, inside and out. Led by Dr. Zen Matsuda, a Doctor of Chiropractic graduate from Northwestern Health Sciences University, our practice offers comprehensive care tailored to your individual needs.
New patients are welcomed with a virtual initial visit, during which we will discuss your health concerns and collaboratively develop a personalized treatment plan.
Through rigorous seminars, internships, and practice, Dr. Zen has immersed himself in the study of spinal biomechanics and precise spinal correction, completing over 500 hours of training with the Gonstead Method. He is proud to be a member and Diplomate of the Gonstead Clinical Study Society, continually advancing his expertise. Dr. Zen is also pursuing a Neurology Diplomate, having already completed over 300 hours of Chiropractic Neurology studies.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zen for about 10 years, and he is excellent. He’s treated my low back, shoulder, neck, and hip issues with success. Very kind, and with a holistic approach. I enjoy our talks on exercise, nutrition, and anime! Gentle adjustments as well.

Dr. Zen has not only helped me heal during a terrible outbreak of shingles but also helped my body heal and adjust before and after hip replacement surgery and continues to keep my neck and back strong. His adjustments are powerful (but gentle) and his demeanor is wonderful. I give my highest recommendation.
