I am a dual nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatric mental health and primary care. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Liberty University and completed my Family Nursing training at Chamberlain University. I integrate medication management, CBT-based psychotherapies, emotional support, and life coaching to empower individuals to enhance their innate capabilities to cope with and manage their conditions, helping them live to the best of their potential.

What should a new client know about working with you?

It is important to know your goal and expectations. I like to work with each individual to explore their potentials and strengths, improve their inner coping capacity and restore the homeostasis of the mind, brain, body and life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I like to take time to have extensive interview to obatain possible information in the first session, minmimal 60 minutes or longer, current symptoms, history of illness, medical conditions, family mental illness history and history of treatments or medication trials. I offer the psychotherapy during each visit and my mentor who is one of the brillian psychiatrist that I respect told me: psychitry is therapy, medication and time.
