More information on payments and coverage

We will need a few days to verify your insurance coverage. Once your coverage is confirmed we can then proceed with your scheduled visit. Please note that until insurance is verified, sessions will need to be placed on hold, as sessions cannot be billed or claims submitted until they are resolved. For insurances we don't accept, we provide services only on a fee-for-service basis and all fees are due before the service is provided. We do, however, provide a receipt of service or superbill which may be submitted to most insurance companies and which many of our patients use to obtain some reimbursement of fees.
