“The office was new and spacious. Plenty of close parking spaces. Greeted at the check-in station immediately after entering the front door -- easy to find and check-in. Appointment verified in minutes. I had checked-in online from home and therefore not loaded down with paperwork to fill out before seeing the doctor. It was my first-time seeing Dr. Zhijin J Chai at WellStar Pulmonary Medicine Austell. She and her nurses were professional and courteous. My examination was thorough. Dr. Chai asked pertinent questions about my condition and took time to explain her answers. She did not rush me through the examination and suggested a follow-up MRI. Her notes on MyChart were inclusive and well written. I recommend Dr. Chai for Pulmonary medical needs.”
