I hold a Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree from Nova Southeastern University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. Throughout my experiences, I have been motivated by my clients' dedication to personal growth. My focus will be therapeutic interventions, lifestyle modifications, and medications if necessary. What should a new client know about working with you?
Zishan Majeed is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in the state of Florida. He received a Master’s in psychiatric nursing from Walden University. While continuing his education Zishan began working as a clinician for Jackson Health Systems and the University of Miami’s Neuroscience Department. Being part of JHS/Miami Neurology and Neuro-Science department gave Zishan the foundation and building blocks of what would later guide him into the field of psychiatry. Zishan has 5+ years of experience in the neuroscience specialty.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Before our first visit each client will fill-out an intake form. On our initial visit we will meet in person or through the Telemedicine platform. We will build a rapport, and get to know each other on an individual and professional level. We will evaluate the clients past and current medical problems, psychiatric troubles, along with any stressors that may be contributing to your symptoms or difficulties. we will provide optimal individualized, one-on-one mental health-care. At Uplift, we focus on your unique mental health care needs and intervene them with treatment options customized to your specific goals. Our vision for you at Uplift is to provide you with the tools you need to be happy, balanced, and to live life to the fullest.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due.
The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price for psychiatry visits are $250.
