“It was a smooth experience but I do have to note that the current layout of the patient rooms were oddly small. It doesn’t seem to be in the control of the doctor or staff but if someone is mildly uncomfortable with small spaces, this medical office would not work for you. ”

A graduate of Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Osman completed his residency at AMITA Health Adventist Medical Center Hinsdale. He is a strong advocate of a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, utilizing the latest, most effective, and research-backed medical treatments combined with restful sleep, a well-balanced diet, and exercise. Office staff wasn’t welcoming or attentive. I had to stand at the front for a moment before the front desk staff decided to stop their call and turn around. No long wait time. However, Very rushed intake with the nurse, but they did seem friendly. Doctor laughed at my concerns I expressed. Made me feel stupid for some of the questions I asked. I left feeling frustrated and embarrassed, a doctor should never laugh at you for having a concern. I would not recommend this doctor.
the office was crowded the wait was pretty long. I went for a prescription and got what was needed. I'm not sure I'd want to go there again if I needed a thorough visit.

Dr Osman is a great doctor! I absolutely love him as a doctor. His bedside manner, personality, and demeanor are exceptional. He takes as long as he needs to with each patient and does not rush you at all. Always asks if you have any questions or concerns, or if there was anything else you wanted to talk about.
