Statistics on nurse practitioners in Florida and the United States
Data from the American Association of Nurse Practitioners for 2022 indicate that the United States has over 355,000 licensed nurse practitioners. Approximately 36,000 new nurse practitioners completed their educational programs in 2019-2020.
