I had a 2 pm appointment, and I arrived at the office at 2:09. However, the receptionist was on the phone and couldn’t sign me in right away. After signing in, the medical assistant called me to go to the back, but the doctor came to the front and told the receptionist that she wouldn't be able to see me, even though I had taken time off from work for the appointment. She didn't seem to care and just walked away. I feel dismissed and won't be going back there. If you're an African American person, I suggest finding another doctor, as she doesn't seem to care.

Awful experience at the office. I waited for over an hour and a half and then they put me with a different male provider who did not listen much and just sent me for blood work. 0/10 find someone else in a different office

The office was pretty busy even at 8:45am, which could be a positive thing. Although I had to wait a little after checking in, my appointment was smooth and the staff were friendly.

Dr. Hannah was awesome! She’s a great listener and really went above and beyond to make sure all my issues were addressed. I never felt rushed or talked down to. I’m definitely coming back regularly!

Dr. Hannah was great. She took her time to listen to me and learn about my history and concerns. She wasn't afraid to look into some things before giving an answer and I appreciated this. She even offered to sit with me while I got my blood drawn and got my needed shots since she learned I hated needles (for the record, I didn't make her sit with me haha). She is kind and very competent.

ahead of me. my appointment was at 845am and i walked in the door at 8am to
do all the new patient things. after three hours of not being seen i left because i did not have the time to wait that’s why i made a early morning appointment
