I had the most positive experience today seeing doctor Asoma. The office is sparkling clean, bright, and very modern. The receptionist was lovely and this was the quickest and most pleasant check-in I've had so far after seeing various doctors in the city in the past 2 years since I moved here. Everything is digitalized, quick and efficient, the machines are cutting edge. I was seen promptly according to my appointment time. I really appreciated the professionalism and attention to detail - down to pictures of/bringing in eye medications I'm currently on. The doctor and his staff were extremely thorough and involved (unfortunately I forgot the name of the tech, but she was really charming), I was examined in detail for an hour, and it was a huge relief after my previous dismissive and vague experience with another highly-rated ophthalmologist, with ludicrous wait times, inefficient prescription and apparently misdiagnosis. The doctor explained the situation in detail, was attentive and available to answer questions. I'm very grateful to have found him on Zocdoc in a state of exasperation over my ongoing eye issues. I'm not from the US and am used to ophthalmologists back home taking significant time to examine you and then discuss your issues, not wave you off after a 2 minute exam - it was a huge relief to find someone with a similar approach here. …read more

I arrived for my appointment, which was scheduled through ZocDoc, and was surprised that the Doctor was not in at the time I scheduled. There was a miscommunication between ZocDoc & the office. The front desk was very kind and apologetic and rescheduled me at my earliest convenience. When I returned for my appointment the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.
