I searched ZocDoc for an ophthalmologist to treat an eye infection and Dr. Chynn was the closest listed on ZocDoc so I gave him a try. I showed up and quickly learned that I ended up at a lasik eye surgery center. I walked in to Dr. Chynn complaining to his front desk assistant about not thoroughly completing paperwork for the last patient he saw. The marketing here is heavy. The front desk assistant greeted me, and after learning I was only there to get the eye infection checked out, proceeded to tell me about the benefits of lasik and handed me a package with different surgery programs and price. Dr. Chynn saw me after a 10-15 wait. He looked through my paperwork then excused himself to go out to complain to his front desk assistant bout not completely my paperwork thoroughly. This happened with the door to the room open, so I heard everything. Then the front desk assistant walked in to ask me the same questions (allergies, etc.) that Dr. Chynn needed to know because for whatever reason, he didn't want to ask me directly. Afterwards, I overheard the assistant relay my responses to Dr. Chynn who waited outside and had listened in. Dr. Chynn walked in and gave me my consultation, after of which he asked me if I had ever considered lasik and tried to upsell me again. i am suffering from last Monday i.e . April 8 and i went to my primary care physician on 10 and 11 recommended ophthalmologist i was not able go to work on April 12 and 15 and i got procedure on April 16 in the doctor office.. but I requested them doctor note for April 12 and 15 .. they didn’t provide .. now my job is at stake. Every aspect of my experience with Dr. Muller and her staff was superb. It was easy to schedule my appointment. I didn't wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The office is beautiful, state-of-the art, comfortable and immaculate. Each staff member I encountered was more pleasant and professional than the last. Everyone clearly enjoyed their work and taking care of people. I wish all of my doctor appointments were this fabulous.
