Dr. Bryant was great. But Wellstar urology is a nightmare. They are friendly enough, but they do not have their stuff together and do not give you enough information to not waste your time. I received bad information on where to go for a procedure, which resulted in me be sent to 3 different places across the campus because it is INCREDIBLY hard to get someone on the phone to ask information. As a result I missed my procedure and had to come back a different day. HOURS of my time completely wasted. Later I had to come drop something off. Having had this past experience I spent FOURTY MINUTES trying to get to someone on the phone so I could clarify. Even after that they STILL did not give me enough information. I drove 40 minutes over there and arrived just before 3:30 only for them to tell me that I had to get there earlier. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THIS ON THE PHONE. Again. HOURS OF MY TIME wasted.
