We liked that the clinic wasn't crowded - by the time we had finished the paperwork as new patients they were ready for us. They were also accommodating for us having a baby and other requests. In general, the experience felt more 1:1. Dr. Lee was great. We were in for our annual exam. He was generous with his time, discussed our expectations, answered all of our questions and provided many other recommendations. The clinic followed up after the blood work, I also found the patient portal useful.

I have been coming this clinic for a long time under Dr Alexis David practice. Dr Gerard was very nice person as well. He was very informative and I liked his bedside manner as well. However, his nurse was very very rude. She has lack of sympathy against patients. She was behaving like I was a burden for her. She seem to hate her job. She was talking as "put the face mask on", "give me your finger". She definitely needs a training for how to interact with patients and first lesson is the learning the word "please". We as patients come to clinics due to illnesses and we were already having a hard day due to degrading physical health. Unless they improve their staff, I will have to look for another clinic.

Dr. Mayeda and his staff felt very genuine and kind, my first interaction with them today have been wonderful. I've been searching for a primary doctor that didn't feel like they were counting the minutes, or just one that felt like they at least cared-- it took me a long time to find a doctor like that some years back, but she left the country a few months ago. Will definitely go back again to Dr.Mayeda, I hope my hunt has ended!
