I have been coming this clinic for a long time under Dr Alexis David practice. Dr Gerard was very nice person as well. He was very informative and I liked his bedside manner as well. However, his nurse was very very rude. She has lack of sympathy against patients. She was behaving like I was a burden for her. She seem to hate her job. She was talking as "put the face mask on", "give me your finger". She definitely needs a training for how to interact with patients and first lesson is the learning the word "please". We as patients come to clinics due to illnesses and we were already having a hard day due to degrading physical health. Unless they improve their staff, I will have to look for another clinic.
