“Clean modern building and we were able to get an appointment that afternoon. The care was good, but there was only one physician at the clinic so we waited over an hour to be seen. Thankfully he was able to reset my son's dislocated elbow back in place and the pain immediately subsided for him. I would go back again.”

they canceled my appointment and hour before it was supposed to happen, for some reason I was able to schedule my appointment for 5:45, unaware that they close at 6. very confusing.

I had an incredible experience. The appointment went so well. Everything was clear & I felt incredibly safe & taken care of. I’m terrified of doctors, so for things to go this smoothly meant the world to me. I would use zocdoc & book appointments at the same clinic again in a heartbeat.

When I first went to Carbon health, the provider I saw told me that there was nothing to do about the pain I was in.
Besides the lack of clarity or direction the first provider detailed, they were stand offish and seemingly judgmental. Being a patient in considerable pain this is not what I expected and was deeply frustrating.
In a subsequent conversation with a different provider, Dr.Wilson at Carbon, they acknowledged that the original problem should have resulted in a prescription and clearly explained what was going on and how I could take care of myself. I’m grateful to Dr.Wilson for helping me on my journey.

They wouldn't see me without a copay. Even though I have a medicare advantage plan..shows on insurance card..they said if had the actual Medicare card wouldn't need copay.
I went elsewhere and was treated immediately.

I’ve been seen here twice, both times I was seen by very professional/kind/knowledgeable medical staff who were accommodating to my concerns. Both times I was seen here I was checked in and out in well under an hour, and their appointment availability is astoundingly good if you’re booking about a day in advance. I’ve been to many many urgent care facilities and this is easily my favorite one in the Seattle area.

A nice new office facility with friendly administrative staff waiting to get me registered as soon as I stepped in the door. I was seen by a Dr. and literally within minutes I had a professional diagnosis, an order for medication, and sent on my way.
