I was very happy with the professionalism of Dr. Ravinder Tikoo however, the office wait was horrible. There is no sense to make an appointment when the office is first come first serve. I had a 9:30am appt. and didn't see him until 11:15am. When I approached the front desk, the receptionist put my file under a bunch of files which I found out were a bunch of walk-ins. So why bother making an appt. Just go first thing in the morning and wait your turn, First come first serve. …read more

Dr Micic was very welcoming, knowledgeable and informative. She took the time and did a thorough medical history for my child and family and recommended further testing. She did not judge my child. She made my child feel very comfortable and I appreciate that. The only complaint is her front desk staff , they were not welcoming, as a new patient they did not smile, I saw one on the internet shopping and over heard them talking about another employee, so they just need a little front desk etiquette. Signing in and completing docs was easy. Front desk staff was on point. Meeting with the tech to take fuether info and vitals was ok, until he left and never returned. Someone from the front, I believe her name is Michelle, realized I was needlessly waiting to be brought to the doctor. I was on lunch so time was very inportant. The doctor was kind, gentle, attentive and I was very pleased with the service he provided. …read more

After listening briefly to my thoughts concerning my condition, Dr. Hutchinson was able to recommend medication and treatment in a time efficient manner. I have been his patient for nearly 20 years (although with several years in between visits) and there are reasons that I return. He has been very thorough in his diagnosis and treatment plan. Dr. Rabinovici is perhaps the most thorough doctor I've ever seen. Meticulous attention to detail and effort in diagnosing my headaches. His bedside manner is quite direct and he's all-business in his questioning and examination—he will cut you off if you start elaborating, which can be off-putting at first, but once you get to know his style and his depth of experience, it makes sense — he knows the info he needs to get from you.
